Terms of Services

  • By commissioning with me you accept all terms of service

  • Don't steal or copy my art

  • Do not remove my signature

  • Please write in a clear manner, I use a translator

  • Give me credit if you post my art on other social media

  • Ask me about commercial use

  • DON'T USE MY ART FOR NFT

  • I have the right to post commissions on my social media

  • I have the right to use your commission for self-promotion

  • Commissions will be done in queue order, so the time for me to start your commission may vary

  • Feel free to ask me how is your order coming along, but do not rush me

  • If you have any questions about what you can or cannot do with my artwork, send me a message

  • I have the right to refuse your commission

  • Please be patient with me, I have a personal life and other commissions to do, be patient

  • Discounts and promos will be notified in advance

  • Rudeness, racism and prejudice will NOT be tolerated

Process

  • My response time can vary from one to three days (it may vary depending on the number of commissions in the queue)

  • Provide between five or more references for a better result in the final work

  • Provide clear references (digital and in plain color)

  • I will make three to five sketches with the right to changes

  • I will accept up to three changes to the sketch

  • The waiting time for review is up to 3 days (after that your commission will go to the end of the queue)

  • Let me know in advance if you need the art by a specific date

  • The time to complete your order can be up to two weeks, but may vary according to the complexity or amount of commissions

  • After the final version is approved and payment complete, I will send the final result by email or Drive so that you have access to an image with better resolution

Payment

  • 50% of the amount must be paid upon completion of the sketch

  • Additional commissions will be discounted

  • Additional characters will have 50% additional value

  • Changes will be allowed after the artwork is finalized, and may cost an additional amount if it is something very complex

  • Payment forms: PIX, Picpay and Paypal

Refund

  • If I cancel the commission for personal problems

  • The client can cancel the commission before the sketch is finalized (but the amount already paid will not be refunded)
